I read about this recipe on many other blogs but your’s is written properly. The way you have explained about temperature was the key to make proper pakora’s.
I made onion pakora yesterday and they came out very good. thanks for explaining everything in detail.

btw, I am from new jersey, you don’t get these here.

I made pakoras as suggest but it turned out they had too much oil. Can you suggest a way to make fat free pakoras?
